Compliance first. An inquiry is an invitation to discuss a possible opportunity. It is not an accepted deal, endorsement or promise of participation.

1. Independent website

This website independently promotes Will Myles and potential NIL opportunities. It is not operated, sponsored, approved or endorsed by Clark Atlanta University, Etowah High School, the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference or the NCAA.

2. Legitimate NIL activity

Any proposed compensation must be for genuine, defined services involving Will Myles’s name, image or likeness—such as agreed social content, appearances, endorsements, camps or clinics—and should reflect reasonable market value for the agreed services.

3. Prohibited conditions

No proposal will be accepted if payment is conditioned on enrollment at a particular institution, athletic participation, playing time, statistics, awards, competitive performance or another form of pay-for-play. A proposal must identify the real product, service, event or promotional purpose and the specific deliverables expected.

4. Review and disclosure

Before activation, a proposed agreement may require disclosure to and review by the designated athletics compliance office. The controlling requirements are the law and the then-current policies of the applicable institution, conference and NCAA division. Website language does not override those requirements or determine eligibility.

5. Written agreement

No NIL relationship exists until authorized parties accept a written agreement addressing services, schedule, compensation, payment timing, content approval, usage rights, exclusivity, cancellation, conduct expectations and any legally required consent. If Will Myles is under the age of legal majority when an agreement is made, parent or legal-guardian involvement may be required.

6. Advertising transparency

Paid, gifted, affiliate and sponsored content will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously when required. A brand tag alone may not adequately disclose a material relationship. Campaign instructions should allow straightforward labels such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or a plain-language explanation of the relationship.

7. School and third-party property

A Will Myles NIL agreement does not automatically grant rights to use any school, conference, NCAA, sponsor, photographer, publisher, music owner or other third party’s name, logo, uniform, venue, photograph, footage, music or trademark. Necessary permissions must be obtained separately from the applicable rights holder.

8. Taxes and professional advice

NIL compensation may create tax, accounting, contract and reporting obligations. Each party is responsible for obtaining its own professional advice. This webpage is general information and is not legal, tax or financial advice.

9. Current guidance

Rules may change. Review current guidance from the NCAA NIL resource center ↗, applicable law and the designated university compliance office before signing or performing an agreement. Advertising guidance is available from the Federal Trade Commission ↗.
